CLEANSER
1. Simple Moisturising Facial Wash
It has an amazing formula and works for really good for sensitive skin and works really well to just gently clense your skin. Makin sure to get rid of the dirt but not overly stripping it. so that you feel that dry tight feeling afterwards This cleanser is also fragrnce free, which is really important thing to aware if you have sensitive skin.
2. Earth To skin: Super Greens Cleansers
This one i actually enjoyed my experience. I’d say it’s better for more combination and for oily skin types. It does have some fragrance but i personally don’t find fragrance problematic in a wash off treatment . It does a good job of really deep cleansing. Also it has some awesome extract like kale cucumbar which are really gonna control oliness and soothe the skin.
SERUM
1. The Ordinary : Niacinamide 10%
Work for cebum control, reducing sensitivity and getting rid of dark spots and pigmentation in tha skin. It’s really just an ingradent that i think is good for anyone. Also formulated with hyaluronic acid which is going to draw in moisture from the environtment into your skin.
2. The Inkey List : Q10 Serum
This is one of my favorite serums because it really works to reduce sensitiviyt but it also formulated with an called Ubiquinone (Q10), Which is amazing antioxidants and actually a really underrated ingradient in my opinion for fighting off any damage throughout the day.
They also has squalen a really hydrating ingradient, oil soybean etract and firming peptides that are gonna thighten the skin.
3. The Ordinary : Lactic Acid 10% Serum
If you want a product that’s exfoliating this product is great. It’s a great one for just gently exfoliating. They also have their 5% serum if if you want a little bit more gentle exfoliation. It is super lightwieght does a good job and it’s nothing fancy.
4. The Inkey List : Retinol Serum
if you’re wanting to get ati-aging damage repair. I recommend this one. This one is really good introductory retinol in my opinion. Retinol is one of the most researched and best ingradients out there for getting rid of damage within the skin whether that be fine lines, aging or sun damage, acne. It solve so many different issues. But sometimes it can be alittle bit overly sensitizing to some people. which is why i consider this one to be agreat starting retinol. It also formulated with Propanedion, dlicering and soybean
MOISTURIZER
1. Cerave : Moisturizing Lotion/ cream
the lotion is better If you have combination to oily the cream is better if you have dry or normal skin. It’s formulated with glycerin which is also humectant but really hydrating the skin, ceramides and sodium hyaluronate
2. The Ordinary : Natural Moisturizing Factors
It is just a great moisturizer, formulated with sodium hyaluronate, a bunch of amino acids as well as urea which can have exfoliating benefiits
3. Burt’s Bees:Moisturizing Cream
i’ve been enjoying this mositurizer for long. Bakuchion is an ingradients that i am so excited for. Bakuchion in a recent study found that it was just as effective for reducing fine lines and aging in the skin as retinol, as we talk befor retinol is a great anti aging formula but it has those sensitizing effect for some people.but had way less sensitivity potwntial than retinol. Now, this was just one study. It definely doesn’t pair up to all the research that backs up retinol, but it is really promising and an ingradient that i think really fun to experiment with and see how it works for your skin.
SUNSCREEN
And the final step of the skin care routine is Sunscreen
1. CeraVe: Hydrating Mineral Sunscreen
Formulated from mineral ‘natural source’ for sun bloking which i really love. And also if you have sensitive skin better for you to choose sunscreenfrom zinc oxide only.
2. Neutrogena : Age Shield Sunscreen
It’s a slightly a weighty cream, but spreads well, isn’t overly scented and really helps maintain the pale and interesting look through the sunniest of days.
